Web3 Crystals Terms & Conditions

The preferred means of payment is TOS on the Polygon network.

Payments made using TOS are eligible for additional rewards, including inclusion in an exclusive airdrop list based on the crystal purchased.

Customers can order crystals through:

Custom Crystal Form for any project.
Email to info@web3crystals.com or sales@web3crystals.com with the following details:
- Name
- Address
- Email
- Wallet address
- Description of the desired crystal design
- Preferred means of crypto payment

Cryptopia licenses everything Cryptopia-related but is not responsible for liability, refunds, payments, or customer service.

Users assume full responsibility for custom images ordered.

Customization: Choose from Cryptopia artwork or upload your own image.
Payment: Preferably made in TOS via Polygon network for additional rewards. Other cryptocurrencies are also accepted.
Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Provide the transaction hash (TXID) for verification.
Production: Custom crystals are crafted with care, taking up to 2 weeks for creation and dispatch.
Shipping: Global shipping costs are included in the crystal prices.

Return Policy: Customers may return the crystal at their expense for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost.
Return Conditions: The crystal must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund.
Return Assistance: To ease the return process, we offer a 50% discount on shipping costs for returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed in USDT to the original payment address. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Payment Errors: We are not responsible for any errors in payment, including incorrect amounts, incorrect network selection, or incorrect tokens sent.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.
Damage in Transit: If the crystal arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence and will work with you to resolve the issue.

Data Deletion: After your order is complete and we receive confirmation of delivery, we will delete all your personal information from our database to ensure your privacy.
Airdrop Eligibility and Consent: Customers who purchase our crystals using TOS on the Polygon network are eligible for future airdrops. Consent is required to retain your wallet address and email address for notifications and inclusion in future airdrop events.
Airdrop Lists Based on Purchase: Depending on the crystal size purchased, you will be added to a corresponding airdrop list based on the crystal size purchased.
